Whenever any certificate of title referred to in section 60 contains the words "Together with a right of carriage way over _______________" [specifying or describing the road or roads over which the easement is created and referring to a plan endorsed whereon such road or roads is or are coloured brown] those words shall have the same effect and shall be construed as if there had been inserted in that certificate of title the words contained in Schedule 6 to this Act.
