(1)The Minister may, by statutory instrument, make regulations for the better carrying into effect of the provisions of this Act, and such regulations shall be laid before Parliament within two months after publication in the Gazette.
(2)Without prejudice to the general effect of subsection (1), regulations made under this section may—
(a)prescribe the procedure to be followed in the alienation of freehold and leasehold and the terms and conditions of any such grant;
(b)fix fees to be charged for the preparation of any documents for or in connection with any disposition or dealing in land;
(c)fix charges to be made by a board or Commission in respect of agreements or other documents for the occupation of land; and
(d)prescribe anything to be prescribed under this Act.
